Do you hire people without solar experience? +
Yes. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Our most successful team members often come from hospitality, retail, construction, and trades.
How fast is the hiring process? +
Most candidates receive a response within 2 days and an offer within 7-10 days. We don't do endless interview rounds.
Are there remote positions? +
We don't have fully remote positions. Most roles follow a hybrid model—you'll work from our office but may also need to visit job sites, meet with customers, or handle field tasks depending on the role.
What's the compensation structure? +
We're transparent about pay. Sales roles are commission-based. Installation is per-job or hourly depending on the role. We share exact numbers during the phone screen.
What training do you provide? +
New hires shadow experienced team members. Install crews get hands-on training. Tesla Powerwall certification available for qualified contractors.
